While the space is completely private, sound may carry if voices are loud. The woman who lives in the main house is mindful of quiet hours, and if you are as well, the atmosphere stays peaceful and relaxing for everyone. There is also a granny unit across the lawn from your suite (pictured in the photo section). Jennifer and Eric and a gentle 15-year-old dog (about 20 lbs) live there. You may cross paths with them in the backyard from time to time.
