Pool floats, outdoor shower, outdoor sink, hammock, tables/chairs/umbrella. We supply many items for our guests, outside area & beach. POOL fee is $50 per reservation, appears as management fee. Management fee is a pool fee - $50 per reservation. Nauti Mermaids sleeps 2. Private entrance - KING suite with full private bathroom. Swivel rocking chair, small fridge w/freezer, microwave, bistro table w/2 chairs, Smart ROKU 58” TV, desk/chair and a coffee bar. Many items supplied, see amenities. Beautiful backyard - outdoor shower, outdoor covered area w/sink and water with dining area w/table/chairs, playground area, hammock, Peaceful and quiet. Infants and children welcome! *3 minute drive to beach/easy walk* Guest access Guests enter through a PRIVATE 1st floor entrance. Look for Nauti Mermaids sign. One parking space available. Please park on the right side of the driveway and do NOT block stairs. Shared with owner. If 1 additional parking space is needed, please message hosts. Can accommodate car trailers depending on size. During your stay We answer messages very quickly. We live upstairs. Love to meet our guests when we can! Happy to give recommendations for beach accesses, restaurants, fun activities, etc. Other things to note Two guests allowed in the PRIVATE KING suite. Message hosts to request an additional infant or child. Beach chairs, beach towels, small cooler provided. Beach chairs for guests are hanging by the Nauti Mermaids entrance door. Pool open 24/7 - May 1st thru October 15th with quiet hours 11pm to 7am.
