The space Our sunny and spacious house is located just a 2-minute walk away from the sea, offering you easy access to the beach. This house is perfect for families, couples, or friends of up to 5 guests who want to spend their holidays in one of the most central and picturesque areas of Kos island. You'll be just a short walking distance away from all the sightseeing attractions, making it easy to explore the island at your own pace. Our fully equipped house will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a dining table, a WC, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, and all the necessary equipment for cooking. Moving upstairs to the second floor, you'll find three charming bedrooms, each with its own closet. The first bedroom has a cozy double bed, the second bedroom has two comfortable single beds, and the third bedroom has a lovely single bed. Bed linen, towels, bath amenities, and all electric devices are provided. The bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, ensuring that you stay cool and comfortable throughout your stay. There's also a solar water heater to provide you with hot water 24/7. The bathroom on this floor has a tub, toilet, and shampoo for the shower. Our house is located just 650 meters away from the Hippocrates tree and 750 meters away from the Neratzia Castle, making it the perfect location for exploring the island's attractions. Plus, the sea is just a 2-minute walk away! Our house is situated in the heart of Kos, making it the perfect location for those who want to be in the midst of all the island's attractions. Other things to note Quiet Hours 23.00-08.00 and 15.00-17.30. Please respect the building and the other neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours which are from 11 pm to 8 am and 2 pm to 5 pm. We kindly ask that you refrain from playing loud music or engaging in any activities that may disturb other residents of the building or the neighborhood. Please treat the apartment with care and respect. Any damages or breakages that occur during your stay will be your responsibility to repair or replace. Please notify us immediately if any damage occurs, and we will work with you to find a reasonable solution. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required after their stay. Please do not bring any additional guests to the apartment without prior approval. We have a maximum occupancy of 5 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit for the safety and comfort of all guests. Finally, please ensure that you lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment and that you turn off all lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
