This 3br/3ba cabin has supreme views of the lake from the indoors, and unbeatable entertainment from the decks on the outside. This property is conveniently located 5min from Ketchum, 10min from Langley, 10min from Disney, and 20min from Vinita. This large cabin, built in 1980, has been well maintained with its rustic charm throughout. The space One of the things our guests love most about our property is that it offers a true lake experience. Nestled among the trees and right on the water, you'll enjoy beautiful sunsets, the sounds of nature, visits from deer and songbirds, and all the charm that comes with spending time outdoors in Oklahoma. With that natural beauty comes, well... nature. During the warmer months, it is not uncommon to occasionally see deer, mosquitoes, blue lizards, insects, spiders, or other wildlife native to the area. This is simply part of life on the lake, especially in a wooded waterfront setting. That said, we take the comfort of our guests seriously. The property is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company every month, year-round. Both the interior and exterior are regularly serviced to provide a clean, comfortable environment and to minimize unwanted pests as much as reasonably possible. No lake property surrounded by woods can be completely free of every bug or critter, nor would we want to remove all traces of the natural environment that makes this place so special. Our goal is to strike the perfect balance: giving guests the opportunity to enjoy an authentic lakeside retreat while maintaining a home that is clean, well cared for, and welcoming. If you're looking for fresh air, peaceful mornings with coffee overlooking the water, afternoons spent making memories on the lake, and evenings under the Oklahoma stars, we think you'll feel right at home here. Other things to note To get you started for your stay, we’ll supply two toilet paper rolls per bathroom (3), 2 kitchen trash bags, 2 cascade pods for the dishwasher, and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. There’s a Dollar General in Ketchum or Reasor’s in Langley should you need more for your stay. Guests are fully responsible for securing their own watercraft and for any damage caused to the dock, shoreline, property, neighboring property, or other watercraft by themselves, their visitors, or their equipment. Use of the dock and water access is permitted only to the fullest extent allowed by law and does not create any obligation by the owner/host to supervise, inspect, secure, or protect guest watercraft or related property.
