The Address Downtown

The Address Downtown is a very large and spacious apartment, fully renovated, right in the beautiful city centre, right next to the party area and to the main touristic attractions. It has 4 bedrooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. It has been built in a charming, industrial loft style with large windows and high ceiling, creating a great sense of space. Best location next to Basilica, nightlife, bars, restaurants, etc. Metro, main transports, supermarkets are next to the building. The space EVENTS: The Address Downtown is waiting for you as a venue for events such as birthdays, family-, friends- or company meetings. The Loft is a very large (120 m2) comfortable space . The apartment is suitable to accommodate big groups of friends or families, up to 12 sleeps. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appareals and accessories (plates, cuttlery, glasses, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, dish washing machine, big fridge with freezer, etc.) and includes a dining table. We were always extremely sensitive to the cleaning process of the unit but now we are taking even more care by a deep disinfection after each stay in accordance with the guidelines of Covid19. Fresh bed and bathroom linen in 100% quality cotton are provided to all guests. SMOKING: No smoking in the property. In case of inside smoking 1000€ extra charge we will charged. CHECK-IN time from 16:00, CHECK-OUT time before 11:00am. Prior agreement we can grant different timings if we have no guest before/after your arrival. Luggage deposit can be arranged free of charge upon prior agreement. NOISE RULES: After 10:00pm loud noise, music, yelling, disturbing neighbors is not allowed, we have to accept their peace, thank you. Budapest nightlife is perfect, you can enjoy several music clubs, bars in the city center. If you would like to make an event, or party, please follow this rule, in case of non-observance the whole group must leave IMMEDIATELY the apartment without refund. We are very strict about this rule, because after your departure we will live together with our neighbors, thank you for your understanding. Guest access On street and private parkings are available nearby. Other things to note Please note that check in after 9pm should be subect to a EUR 50 late check in fee.
