Calling all beach lovers! Fall in love with this unique Gulfport Beach Cottage! Colorful, light & bright. Located on a corner lot STEPS from popular Beach Blvd & Gulfport beach, fishing pier, eclectic Gulfport shops, cafes and everything FUN! Gulfport has artsy and quirky shops, fabulous waterfront restaurants and a thriving art scene. Gulfport is a funky community all its own. Gulfport has an Art Walk on the First Friday and Third Saturday and a Tuesday market every week. Don’t miss it! The space The Cottage comes with MANY extras including: • TWO dedicated parking spaces and on-street parking based on availability. • Cottage has a Den with a dedicated office space, desk & chair to work or study from home. • 65" Smart TV with a surround sound soundbar. TV has NetFlix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and many other apps installed. NO cable. • Please use your personal account for NetFlix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. NO cable, • The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, KEURIG coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, pots and pans. • The kitchen also has plates, cups, silverware, bottle/wine opener, pyrex, cooking spoons, etc. • Hairdryer in the bathroom and an iron in the closet are both available. • EXTRA towels located in the hallway closet. • Extension cords are located on the TV stand. • Four beach chairs are located in the small shed in the back patio. • The back patio has a table, 4 chairs & umbrella. Other things to note The Cottage sleeps 4 guests. If you have additional guests, you can also rent an attached Studio called “Gulfport Studio STEPS to Beach & Restaurants” which sleeps an additional 2 guests.
