Condo in Rosarito

Montemar Condos and Homes is a gated community with incredible views. Our condo has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the smaller room has two full size bunk beds. The best feature is simply the breathtaking view from the private balcony, you wont want to leave the balcony. The space The condo is equipped to enjoy and relax in Rosarito. Home away from HOME! On the private terrace you can have a barbecue overlooking the ocean, experience the beautiful sunset Rosarito has to offer, as well relax in the pool, and the common gardens. The Condo is privileged to be just 5 minutes from downtown Rosarito, 7 minutes from Papas and Beer and 50 minutes from Valle de Guadalupe. We are strategically located near to supermarkets, banks, transport, pharmacies, and restaurants. PRIVATE SECURITY 24 HOURS Guest access Guest can use the pool from 10 am to 10 pm (Not Private or Heated) We also have a hot tub (Jacuzzi) but there’s a fee of $200 pesos per hour it’s about $11 USD to use the Jacuzzi. Other things to note Please treat my home as if it was yours. I have put a lot of love and inspiration, hoping my guest will enjoy as much as I do when I stayed.
