We have the Sunrise Park right outside our front door with the community fire pit and swings. Plenty of running/playing room for the little ones and the pups! The space EASY BREEZY has a Master BR downstairs with an en suite full bath and designated work space. Walk in closet with a dresser and hangers. Hallway has washer and dryer closet, and guest pantry. Kitchen is fully stocked and furnished with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. Open concept dining and living rooms have live edge dining table, fireplace and smart tv with ample seating, and XL chair in the reading corner. Upstairs landing opens up to the game/ family room. Bunk room with 2 XL twin bunks sleeps 4. 2nd BR with Queen bed and designated work space. Walk in closet with a dresser and hangers. Upstairs full bath. Other things to note Community pools are inaccessible to guests. However, we have a 7 person hot tub available to use, and the beach is just a short walk away!
