West Shore Cabin, Near Homewood Ski, Walk to Lake

This is a charming west shore home with 3 bedrooms, a loft and two full bathrooms. Sleeps up to 8 people. Walk into the slate tile entryway, to the open plan great room with soaring ceilings, a sectional sofa that faces the cozy gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The dining table seats 6 with two more bar stools at the breakfast bar. NOTE: Due to the local fire ordinance, guest are not allowed to sleep in the loft area. However, the loft does have a futon couch and desk/office work station. Guest access Entire House Other things to note TRANSIENT OCCUPANT TAX (TOT)/Placer County: After a reservation is made, guests are responsible for the Placer County TOT which is 12% of the nightly rate total and cleaning fee.
