There is a $100 per pet fee The space This pet-friendly, waterfront 5-bedroom home is the perfect way to vacation in Saugatuck. Comfortably sleeping 12, located within walking distance to downtown, the home features its own private dock—ideal for boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, or fishing on Lake Kalamazoo. The main floor offers an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and living area, both with beautiful lake views. Also on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and sliding doors leading to the outdoor deck. Two additional bedrooms are located on this level - one with a queen bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, and the other with a queen bed. You will also find a full bathroom and washer/dryer. Upstairs, you’ll find a landing with a third bathroom and two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds. The backyard provides plenty of space for pets to run and kids to play, and includes an outdoor game room, swing set, and private dock. The home also has a private driveway that accommodates 3–4 vehicles, depending on size. If you bring pets without notifying us, we will contact you while you are at the home and let you know we've added an additional charge and would need payment on that to continue your stay with us. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet as well as any damages caused by your animal. There is no fee for medically necessary ADA compliant service animals. Service animals must be reported to property manager prior to check-in.
