Casa Esperanza SJDS is in the La Talanguera neighborhood of San Juan del Sur, which is a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk along the beachto the action in town. The lower level has a large patio with lots of seating and a BBQ. Just down the stairs from the patio is the plunge pool (shared with 4 other condos.) The upstairs balcony has a great view of the surrounding landscape. This balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and has a small seating area as well.
