Near Bolton Wanderers stadium (for football and other events), and rail stations with access into Manchester. Manchester Airport is 30 to 40 minutes away by car. The space The flat has everything you need! From fast wi-fi to a private shower room, spacious lounge, double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and more. There is also a washing machine exclusively for guest use within the flat, not shared with the family. Guest access Guests have access through our side door, then up one flight of stairs and into the separate flat via it’s own door. It’s all yours to enjoy once there, no family access or sharing, a space where you can be assured of complete privacy at all times. Other things to note Off street parking available on our gated driveway. The property also has external CCTV for added security.
