It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 5 000 m². The space The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... 1st floor : -Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet 2nd floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A work area - A shower room with shower and WC - Under the roof: two single beds For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage and private parking of the house.
