This luxury home is perched among the trees with expansive views of wine country. Play on the enormous deck that includes outdoor dining, saltwater pool (gas heated all-year), 10 loungers, and the largest hot tub on the market. Relax in the social kitchen+dining room or large, bi-level living room. The space Outside: Just outside the living room and kitchen is a huge, treehouse-like deck with a giant saltwater pool. This gas-heated pool is open year-round, and is always a comfortable temperature for swimming. Also on the deck is the Maxxus hot tub - the largest hot tub that Sundance makes! It easily accommodates 8 adults. There are also 10 pool loungers that surround the pool. Finally, dine among the treetops on the large outdoor dining table at the far end of the deck. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. The house is equipped with a 12 sets of of outdoor dishes (small and large plates, bowls), plastic glasses, and stainless steel insulated wine/cocktail glasses. Haven's is an outstanding example of mid-century modern architecture from the 60's and 70's. Several improvements have been made on the original build to bring modern amenities and finishes. Living Room: The living room is split into two levels. The upper level is open space for congregating with counter table and pub table. The lower area has two couches, comfy chairs, and a 75" TV. The TV comes with multiple subscriptions including Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Max, Paramount+, and Amazon Prime Video. If you need to work, the home is professionally equipped with enterprise-grade Ubiquiti Unifi Gigabit wireless internet with a Xfinity 1.2GB data plan. It will handle as many devices as you're likely to throw at it, all at top speeds. Kitchen and Dining Room: The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and serving dishes for large meals. The dishwasher, double oven, and refrigerator have recently been replaced. The kitchen is equipped with a full set of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as a blender, toaster, and food processor. Dinnerware, wine, champagne, and cocktail glasses - all for 12 people. The large dining room table comfortably fits 10 people. Sleeping Arrangements: There are 5 bedrooms with king beds. 4 of the bedrooms are located on the top (entrance) level and one is located on the lower level alongside the living room, kitchen, and pool. On the upper level, one of the king bedrooms has a connected alcove library with a desk and a daybed with two twin mattresses. Parking is limited to 5 cars. Please park all vehicles in the driveway.
