It is a very large, wood-beamed apartment with separate, fully fitted chef's kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, looking out onto our cottage garden at the back and amazing views from the front living room across the beautiful Millennium Green. There is a large living area with lots of comfy seating, a 55" smart TV, a dining area, a workspace and lots of books to read. Our bathroom includes a large walk in shower (no bath), spacious vanity area, heated towel rail and top quality towels. The bedroom enjoys a super king size bed with 400 count Egyptian cotton bedding, another smart TV and dressing table area. The bedroom opens onto our lovely garden where you can enjoy a drink around our chimenea fire or dinner al fresco on our outdoor dining table and chairs. There is also BBQ ready to go if you like outdoor cooking. We have tried to think of everything so our guests have a memorable stay and have filled the place with lots of special touches. Guest access The Retreat enjoys the best of both worlds, countryside and town. It is in a lovely, quiet setting overlooking the Millennium Green (a small park with a stream running alongside), yet only a very short stroll up the hill to the centre of town and all that Tetbury has to offer. From across the Green you can access from one of the Cotswolds main walking and cycling routes which takes you into the Cotswolds ANOB countryside and the nearby National Parks and National Trust Properties. Other things to note The apartment is all on one level with a fully enclosed private garden to the rear. It is however on the 1st floor of the building so you have one set of steps to climb to access the front door. We welcome up to two dogs.
