The space Belle Vue Cottage’s sleeping accommodations consist of a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen with a lofted twin bed in the guest bedroom that will perfectly fit your family! This light-filled, recently updated 1,100 square foot cottage features a real wood-burning fireplace, two brand new bathrooms, and a professionally designed interior. Prepare a picnic in the charming full kitchen or step outside onto the 900 square feet of outdoor living space for an afternoon cookout and to watch the wildlife scampering about. Additionally, the state-of-the-art kitchen is complemented with the newest appliances and amenities to fulfill your every need, as is sure to delight even the most discerning hobby chefs and foodies alike! Guest access ✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $54.13 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay. 5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter. 6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems. 7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival. 8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful. 9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable. 10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit. 11. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental. 12. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim.
