The space You want a true 4 bedroom/3 bath house (9 buildings to beach). walk down the street to the sands, 2 streets from award winning Belmont Shore restaurants to the beach. Once at the beach you can take the bike trail to Shoreline Village/Pike or rent kayaks and paddle boards. This house has total of 4 bedrooms, and the sectional couch can be used also for sleeping quarters. *** please read full listing details, there is a rear separate dwelling/bonus room with mini refrigerator, microwave, large full bathroom, queen memory foam sofa bed that shares space with the rear yard, that can also be rented too (it can be rented by you or other Airbnb guests). The rear yard has lounge areas. Single Family Residence with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 1 Bedroom downstairs Upstairs Master has a new built balcony with partial view of the ocean and sand, also very peaceful setting/seating area, en-suite full bathroom and peek view of Pacific Ocean/Catalina from bedroom. Two additional bedrooms upstairs, both Queen beds. Between the 2 queen bedrooms there is a full bathroom (shower/bathtub, toilet, sink) Downstairs large great/living room with dining table, couch and comfortable lounge chairs. Also, downstairs one additional bedroom with full-size bed, a new construct closet contains a brand-new washer and dryer, also downstairs there is a new renovated bathroom/shower, and new kitchen. There is a front patio with seating and small table. The rear yard has relaxing vibe with lounge area over decking. All bedrooms and Living Room have Streamed smart TVs with Wi-Fi, 1 GB high speed internet. 2 cars parking spots are in the back of the house, ally/ driveway with rear house entry as well for your convenience, if you have more than 2 cars there is more spots in the street which is free. Strictly no parties, no indoor smoking or vaping, no indoor/outdoor marijuana. Your reservation itinerary (guest/pet count) must match your reservation. 9PM is quiet time. We can possibly entertain an event at this property, inquire within. 11pm is latest check in time available. check in is in person but it could an option for a remote checking. Also Included is a pack/play, highchair, stair guard-gate for infants, car booster seat, infant car seat, please request us 3 days in advance to have it available for you, the equipment is stored off sight. Beach activity items, like a one standup and one paddle board/paddle, Beach Towels/ beach toys are available.2 beach chairs, umbrella and a carry-on cart. kitchen well equipped; 12 cup coffee maker, griddle, water kettle, blender, juicer, and more. if you have any question on a particular tool; feel free to ask. Guest access The House is on Nieto Ave, nine buildings north of Ocean Blvd./Belmont Shore Beach. Parking is behind the house in the ally/ driveway with back access the property for convenience, almost everything is within a walking distance. Belmont Pool is just down Ocean Blvd. Minutes' walk to Vons Grocery store. 2nd street restaurants/bars/wineries a block and a half north (There are over 50 eateries/bars/wineries on Second St.) The neighborhood is bike/scooter friendly, the beach bike trail access is on Ocean Blvd. public transit available within 4-minute walk. Dog’s beach also just down the street. Other things to note Before booking, please read the house rules, and listing description as this house has a shared rear yard, and a separate bonus room (separate dwelling) as described in detail. You or anyone else can rent that room also. Guest / pet count for the stay must match your reservation itinerary what you advise in your reservation details. Dogs are the only pet we allow, make sure you message us with exact info, and update your itinerary. If you have a second dog, and we allow it there is an extra cleaning fee (please email us with all pets you bring). We strictly enforce no party rule. Absolutely no indoor smoking/hookah/vaping/marijuana (in-outdoor OR outdoor marijuana smoke is not allowed), the smoke alarms are set for alarm notifications for any smoke. NO late check in. (11pm is the latest we allow) We prefer in-person check in, so we are close for check in, contact us with the exact details if you are interested in having an event. IF YOU ARE IN BREECH OF ANY OF THESE RULES, WE NOTIFY AIRBNB AND LONG BEACH PD FOR REMOVAL. There are security cameras in front and rear of property, and the house is protected by Ring security. There is an extra cleaning fee ($120-145) charge for early check in and check out (if available, please verify via email) which is the cost of the cleaning co bringing extra personnel to have house ready early. Street sweeping is Thursday and Friday morning at 9-11am, so verify where you parked your vehicle if on street. There is no laundry service. The Nearest laundromat is at 3620 E Broadway or contact me for questions about laundry service. There is a separate bonus room to the rear of the property that you, or other Airbnb guests, or owners/housekeepers may use. It has a queen size sofa bed and fully remodeled bathroom/shower.
