You will have exclusive use of the yard, and the guesthouse is not included in this rental. While we think the beach house is pretty incredible, we want to let you know some things that might not be ideal for some folks. Our house is on the edge of a residential neighborhood right by the beach, the farmers market, a small hotel, and several popular restaurants and businesses. It's an excellent location and thus a lot of pedestrian traffic walks right by the house on their way to the beach or Pannikin for coffee. We have a fully fenced in front and back yard. The front yard fence is 48", which allows for sitting on the front porch and people-watching, and the backyard fence ranges from 6'-8', offering more privacy. The house is also located one block from the train tracks, so there is some train noise, including at night. We have double paned windows, and do not find the noise troublesome, but we know there are some who sleep lighter than others. To that end, we provide quality sound machines in each bedroom. We also have ceiling fans in both king bedrooms, and provide earplugs for your use if you prefer. The home has elevated decks in the front and back, at a height of 2.5', with 3 steps. In addition there is a staircase inside, leading up to the second story, with a loft, a king bedroom, and bathroom. These steps mean that our home is not well-suited for wheelchair access, or those who may have difficulty climbing stairs. Registration Details RNTL-023817-2023
