A huge sitting room with dining room and a kitchen to cook up some quick meals for family or friends. A private pool to enjoy daily. A private parking in the garage for 2 cars that leads right into the house. The location is quiet and sunny. Absolutely superb, not only in terms of views but for gaining access to the roads leading to the capital, Funchal, or roads to explore the natural beauty of the island. The pool is for your enjoyment. The pool can be heated for a fee of 25,00€ per day. We switch it on for a minimium 4 days.
