A TV/playroom includes a large screen TV large and large reclining sofa and armchair. The large open plan kitchen has a double height ceiling, is fully-fitted with modern appliances, including a double oven and two dishwashers. Large doors open out onto a large patio (including a 4-5 person hot tub) and guests can make the most of the well-kept half-acre garden. Separate WC on the ground floor The first floor hosts three large bedrooms (each with king size beds and one with a double sofa bed ) two of which have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a kids’ room with bunk beds and a large family bathroom. The second floor boasts another large bedroom with a king size bed and good views of the Suffolk countryside.
