The large open floor layout is ideal for groups/families to spend time together cooking, playing games or relaxing in the jacuzzi at the end of the day Jacuzzi, fire pit, grill, chess table, air hokey, ping pong, high speed cable Internet. The best house feature is the open layout main room (36’x27’) overlooking a large wooden deck with a brand new outdoor jacuzzi and an infrared grill. The entire ground level has radiant heated ceramic tile floors. The living room features a cathedral ceiling with a two story stone fire place, leather armchairs and a comfortable sofa with a chez and a 57” smart TV, and plush wool rugs throughout. The open floor chef’s kitchen is newly renovated with a granite island and countertops. It has everything you need to cook your meals, including spices, oils...etc. we have a natural gas stove and oven, bread maker, slow cooker, pancake griddle, hand mixer, popcorn maker, juicer, panini press, mixer/blender... and an outdoor infrared grill (with grilling tools) The freezer is stocked with breakfast basics. We have a Nespresso machine with a frother, a drip coffee maker (with a grinder) and a French Press. We provide Nespresso pods, assorted Tazo teas, sugar, mini peanut butter, Bonne Maman jam, Nutella and an assortment of mini cereal boxes. Our water comes from a well and it is safe to drink and cook with, but please bring your own bottled water if you prefer that instead. The Dining room has a large reclaimed wood table with comfortable seating. There is a screened in outdoor dining room for alfresco dining and a large wooden deck with patio furniture and an umbrella. The master suite is bright and spacious with a king size bed and comfortable bedding. The en-suite oversized bathroom has a large tub and a shower. There are robes and plush towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided as well as mini toiletries in case you forget yours. The second bedroom is oversized with two twin comfortable beds. It has a sitting area and a vanity, and benches for your luggage. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a reading alcove. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom on the same floor. Towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided here as well. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom including the powder room. All bedrooms have down comforters and pillows and custom window treatments to keep the morning sun out. There is an alcove with a chess/backgammon table that can be used as a work area. Also we have a small air hokey and a ping pong table and a electric keyboard. Outside we have an infrared grill and a fire pit for s’mores. Fire wood is provided. If requested, our house manager who lives near by is available to welcome guests in person. Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage, the owners’ storage room and pantry. We have a property manager for emergencies, and we are also available 24/7 by text. The house is located in a secluded area on a beautiful quiet cul-de-sac street… it is surrounded by 5 acres of very wooded lots on all sides. There is little to no traffic. The house is located in a remote area. Guests will need a car to get to the supermarket and area attractions. The closest train station is Hudson, just across the river. The ride form Penn Station NYC is 2 hrs. The closest Airpot is Albany just 40 min north.
