Brought back from the original bnb boarding days of the 19th century is our 1 bedroom top floor apartment located on a peaceful country road 15 minutes from downtown Hudson or Red Hook. You can still see the original numbers of the old boarding house on the doors! The house is surrounded by 12 acres of fields and forest that we welcome you to explore. It’s a small homestead with animals, a geo dome greenhouse and garden. Hope you enjoy! The apartment has a pull out couch that can accommodate two additional guests. You can walk behind the house onto the fields and down the hill. There is a stream that marks the boundary of where you can go. We can explain everything in person too if you have questions. Please ask us anything you’d like. We can recommend hikes close to the house as well as restaurants and places to go to. The neighborhood is a farming community. Definitely best to have a car here. That said there are many quiet country roads to bike down as well. We have a baby boy and a dog named Asha. If you have a bicycle definitely bring it! Biking around here is beautiful.
