The combination of location and space, make this an unbeatable choice! Guest access Guests have the entire space for themselves including the pool. The owners use ONLY the rear part of the garage and have a separate garage door. Guests are allocated space for 4-6 cars depending on vehicle size. Guests must park behind the orange line in the front of the garage. Garage door dimensions are: 104 inches wide and 80 inches high. Other things to note Please note that guests are required to sign a very brief SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT (STRA) and provide a list of all guests’ names and ages. This is done to protect both guests and hosts and is simple and straightforward. We require names of guests as Airbnb fully covers guests that stay in the property for loss and injury. It is therefore important to keep documentation of who they are. :-). The information is of course confidential and will not be shared with others. Please note that only registered guests are permitted in the property. We also allow a handful of visitors (non overnight guests). If you wish to entertain additional people, or hold an event you must declare it extra fees may apply. Finally, there are four EXTERNAL cameras in the outside of the property.
