Amenities include: The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), heating, fireplace and sauna. Kitchen with induction and dishwasher. A fridge/freezer and coffee machine are also provided. Microwave and toaster too. There is a large gas grill on the terrace. Gas is included. Netflix, Spotify, Xbox ONE, PS3 and telescope. Total area 100 sqm. The house has a utility room with washing machine and fixed clotheslines, there is a clothes dryer outside. All windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with insect screens and can be completely darkened (folding shutters + blackout roller blind). Guest access Since we also use the house regularly ourselves, there are some cabinets with locks. We store our private belongings in them. In addition, the shed is locked. Rowing boats and sun loungers are always available. Other things to note The rowboat can be used from early April to late October. The paddleboard is available from early May to late September.
