The space Location: Right on the lake, in the middle of the Schlaubetal Nature Park, you are far away from noise and the big city. No road, flight, train, or wind turbine noise will disturb your relaxation here - promised. Facilities: The house is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), heating, fireplace and sauna. Kitchen with induction and dishwasher. A fridge/freezer and fully automatic coffee machine are also provided. Microwave and toaster too. The terrace has a large gas grill. The gas is included. Netflix, Spotify, Xbox ONE, PS3 and telescope. Total area 100 square meters. The house has a utility room with a washing machine and fixed clotheslines, outside there is a rotary clothesline. All windows in the bedrooms and bathroom are equipped with insect screens and can be completely darkened (folding shutters + blackout roller blind). Guest access Since we also use the house regularly ourselves, there are some cabinets with locks. We store our private belongings in them. In addition, the shed is locked. Rowing boats and sun loungers are always available. Other things to note The rowboat can be used from early April to late October. The paddleboard is available from early May to late September.
