THINGS TO NOTE: An additional bathroom is located in the home. Internet access is available so you can stay connected during your stay. Parking is available on the 2-car driveway. TAHOE RENTAL ORDINANCES: The following laws were set forth by the county and apply to every home in Tahoe. They were put in place to keep Lake Tahoe an enjoyable and safe place to visit for years to come! 1. 10pm - 8am hours are quiet time for all rentals as determined by the county. 2. Trash cannot be left outside and must go into the bear box. 3. We cannot host extra people above the permitted number of guests or allow parties on the premises. 4. We cannot accommodate extra cars on the property. Parking on the street and dirt is prohibited. 5. If your home has a hot tub, please enjoy it until 10pm at which time hot tubs are no longer allowed to be used. 6. The number of overnight occupants shall not exceed two persons per permitted bedroom. Children six years of age or older are counted towards the occupancy limits PLEASE NOTE: Noise levels are closely monitored in Tahoe and neighbors may alert the police in the event of excessive noise. Fines will be issued to guests found in violation of noise regulations. In order to protect the homeowner permit, we reserve the right to ask guests to leave in the event of noise complaints.
