There are even unbreakable cups, plates, and bowls for the kids along with a highchair. Use the washer and dryer to travel home with clean clothes - laundry pods provided. Other things to note Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests. It's important to note that there are VERY strict CC&R's established in the La Estancia neighborhood. For EACH day any of the rules are broken, you will be FINED anywhere from $100 to $500, depending on the rule. Rules for La Estancia Community: - There is NO parking on the street whatsoever! You're welcome to park your vehicles in the driveway or in the garage. - If you bring ATV’s, they CANNOT be parked in the driveway and MUST be parked in the garage. - Absolutely NO parties or events are to be held in any of the houses. - Tenants may NOT invite outside guests (friends or relatives not staying in the home) to use the common area facilities. - Please be respectful of the neighbors who live in the community. Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
