The space On this property you will find: Outdoor - Resort style lagoon saltwater pool with water slide, canal with a dock, kayaks, fishing poles, bbq grill, sun loungers, pool floats and noodles, tiki ring toss, and Bluetooth speaker Beach gear - Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, beach cart and umbrella, sand toys, beach towels and coolers Kitchen - Fully equipped with cooking basics, spices, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender, air fryer, crock pot, waffle iron, dishware and flatware, bar stool seating, ice maker, purified drinking water system and dishwasher General - High speed WiFi, 2 smart TVs (one in the family room and one in the master bedroom), linens, towels, central AC and Heat, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, washer and dryer, keyless entry, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, pack n play, high chair, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and hand soap Parking - There is a one car garage and 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Parking on the grass in front of the home is not allowed and could potentially destroy in ground watering systems. Other things to note Must be 25 to book - parties will not be tolerated and will be subject to automatic eviction without a refund. They are installed for your protection and for the protection of the property. Use of kayaks, paddles and life jackets is at your own risk and responsibility and assumes waiving all responsibility from the owner and property management as per the house rules.
