Perfectly located, just 500 meters from the beautiful Blue Bay beach with a fantastic view! The space This beautiful design villa was completed in January 2021. Villa Casa di Barrio located on the BlueBay Golf Resort in BP-71 is only 500 meters from the beach, consists of 2 floors with a total of 5 very spacious bedrooms with private luxury bathrooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning and fans and have their own seating outside. The modern living room with fine seating area with smart TV and luxury open kitchen on the ground floor, are in direct connection with the porch. By means of a large sliding door, it can be pushed completely open so that it feels inside and outside. The villa is well built on the wind which provides a cooling breeze, the porch offers enough shade where you can relax in the lounge set and eat cozy at the long 10-person dining table. Around the infinity pool are movable sunbeds for an ultimate relaxing day at home. On the ground floor there are two very spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with patio doors to a small terrace. Further down in the impressive hall is the guest toilet, and a storage room. Through the stairs you arrive downstairs in the very spacious basement where the three other spacious bedrooms with bathroom ensuite are located. Here, too, you can access a private terrace through the French doors. Downstairs there is also a room with washer and dryer. In addition to the linen package, we also offer guests bath and beach towels. Access to the beach is free and included in your stay. In addition to the final cleaning, the villa is cleaned every week in between. If there is a need for more cleaning, this can be requested on site at an additional cost. Rent BBQ @ Casa di Barrio We offer the possibility to rent a Weber gas BBQ during your stay. This includes 1 small gas bottle. The BBQ must be left completely clean. You pay a one-time fee of 150 Nafl to rent the BBQ and 150 Nafl Borg. If the BBQ is not cleaned, the deposit will not be refunded.
