Guest Access Guests have full private access to the entire property (except Garage) during their stay. ⸻ Other Things to Note Pool Safety The property features a fully fenced private swimming pool. Noise Policy We follow strict noise regulations. Please be respectful of neighbours. Breaches may result in eviction without refund. Firewood We don’t provide firewood as it can become damp in storage and may not burn well. Guests are welcome to bring their own for the fire pit or pizza oven. Firewood is available at most petrol stations or Bunnings (about $20 per bag). The nearest petrol station is EG Ampol Warilla, beside Warilla Grove Shopping Mall, about 1.3 km away. Age Requirement Bookings from guests under 23 years old are not accepted unless approved in advance. This home is best suited for families and mature travellers. Guest access Full use of house. Garage is NOT for guest use. Other things to note Pet friendly but strictly no pets on bedding or lounge.
