Your home away from home is perfectly located within a 7 min drive to either Cox or Mercy Hospitals, 10 minutes to MSU, parks, restaurants, bars, shopping and more! About 20 min to Wonders of Wildlife and Bass Pro. The house is on a quiet street and has all the amenities that you need to feel at home. The space is comfortable for professionals and families alike with a very peaceful vibe. The space There are 3 separate living spaces providing lots of room to stretch out. The front living room has a nice seating area and a brand new, comfortable, sofa bed for extra guests. The main living room has a Smart TV with Netflix available and other apps to log into. The enclosed sunroom is a nice sitting area when the temperatures allow. The kitchen is well equipped and basic necessities are available (oil, s&p, spices, tea, coffee). For coffee there is an electric pot, french press & pour over available. For cooking there are pots/pans, oven/stove and microwave. The fridge is emptied between guests, at times we may leave unopened drinks etc. The primary bed and bath are available with a queen sized memory foam mattress, side tables, linens and hooks/hangers for your use. The spare bathroom has a stall shower, vanity and toilet. The guest bedrooms both have queen memory foam beds, storage, closet space and one has a desk. There is plenty of parking on the street and in the driveway. Our neighborhood is pretty quiet and kids do play in the street so take care when driving through. Guest access While guests visit they will have access to all of the living areas in the house as well as the back yard. Please respect my privacy and do not enter my garage. The entire house is for guest use, EXCLUDING the garage. For parking, you may use the driveway or street. I hope that you make yourself at home. Other things to note Please note that my home is one of peace and I purposefully do not have public TV/cable. The TV is set up to for streaming; Netflix or PrimeVideo are provided if you'd like to watch something or you're welcome to use your own profiles for other accessible apps. This home is a mid-century house with original cabinets, wood throughout & a good selection of vintage furniture. I have purposefully retained the vintage feel while updating things where it counts. If you are looking for a fully remodeled modern home this might not be the right fit for you. **Decor and furniture arrangement are subject to change with all amenities remaining the same.
