The space This is an updated two bedroom two bathroom unit in Ocean Pointe Suites. Smart TV's in every room with a 55'' tv in the living room for those oh so rare uncalled for rainy days. Great place to call home for those families as this unit has King bed in the master bedroom with a queen bed in the second bedroom. Bedroom 1 has a ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. Bedroom 2 has ensuite bathroom walk in shower. We do provide all our guests with linens towels, beach towels and soaps. The property itself has amenities galore: sparkling pool with hot tub, boat ramp and marina, tennis courts, beach with pier, free parking and charcoal grills to cook your catch! Ideal Location in the Florida Keys Ocean Pointe Suites is midway between Key Largo and Islamorada, the Diving and Fishing Capitals of the United States, promising you first-class fishing, diving and snorkeling opportunities, not to mention more fresh seafood than you can imagine! As the only reef system in the U.S. is right offshore, it doesn’t get any better than this! This captivating Resort offers so many exciting amenities for your family. Soak up the sunshine at the Junior Olympic pool with plenty of sun loungers or soak in the giant bubbling hot tub. Enjoy a snack or cocktail at the Pool Bar or waterfront cafe - hosted by Island Grill. Or, if you prefer to go “native”, get your Vitamin D on the resort’s private sandy beach. Enjoy the boardwalk to the marina and check out the catch of the day! If you’d like to bring your own boat up to 28’, dockage is available for an additional fee through the dockmaster reservation system. Guest access You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort & property. The security gate is manned 24 hours. The person who made the reservation, will need to present their ID upon arrival. We have a 24 hour Self check-in process with local support from Oasis Vacation Rentals. Boats and boat trailers are only allowed if pre-approved by the dock master prior to reservation. Two vehicles max. Other things to note MARINA RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact Oasis Vacation Rentals for the Dockmaster email address. You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request. Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below: Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: • All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master. • Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property. • Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”) • Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time. BEACHES The Florida Keys isn’t really known for its vast beaches. We are a series of islands made up of coral rock. We do have some small beaches that are accessible but they are nothing like the beaches you will find on the west coast of Florida or the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. The closest public beach is Anne’s Beach which is in south Islamorada. The best way to experience the Keys is to get out on the water. We have world class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking!
