Trailers, RVs, boats, business company logos vehicles are NOT permitted on the premises and could result in an imposed $100.00 / daily fee and up to possible eviction with no refund. In lieu of security deposits, we apply an Accidental Damage Waiver to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $65 covers up to $750.00 in limited accidental damages.
