Living & Dining: Unwind on two comfortable couches in front of the electric fireplace and Roku TV, complete with a JBL Soundbar Bluetooth system. The adjacent dining area offers seating for six. Kitchen: The fully stocked, modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cookware, an air fryer, and a coffee station with both a single-serve and drip coffee maker, plus complimentary essentials. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: King Suite: A spacious retreat with a King bed, Roku TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Queen Suite: Located on the opposite side of the home for privacy, this room features a Queen bed, Roku TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Queen Bedroom: A comfortable room with a Queen bed and Roku TV, with access to the shared hall bathroom. Bonus Room / 4th Bedroom: Through the barn door in the living room is a versatile space with a convertible daybed (Twin to King) and French doors opening to the back deck. Outdoor Living: Your private outdoor oasis includes a large deck with a Roku TV, lounge seating, and lights. Enjoy the gas fire pit or cook on the propane grill. The large, flat, fully-fenced yard is perfect for pets and games. Family-Friendly Amenities: We provide a Pack ‘n Play, children's books and toys, kids' dinnerware, and movable safety gate. Guest access Guests will have complete and private access to the entire single-story home, including the front and backyard (fully-fenced). Self check-in is available via our smart lock system, allowing for convenient and keyless entry. Other things to note Wi-Fi & Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, perfect for streaming or remote work. The living room, 3 bedrooms, and outdoor deck are equipped with a Roku TV for your entertainment. Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, there are three security cameras on the exterior of the property only: one at the front doorbell, one at the side door, and one overlooking the back deck. Provided for Your Stay: We provide fresh linens, towels, toiletries, a starter supply of coffee grounds and filters, and laundry detergent for the in-unit washer and dryer. Strict no-smoking policy ($150 fine). Dogs only. $50 per dog per stay.
