The backyard has a fire pit with seating and gorgeous decorative lighting INDOOR LIVING: 4 flat-screen Smart TVs (please bring your own streaming logins), open layout, beautiful furnishings KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a ten-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware, flatware, margarita and wine glasses. Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans, k-cups and tea LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 8 beach towels Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent.
