With private beach access, True North is sure to be a key memory in your ocean stay. The night views of the incredibly bright stars are almost as beautiful as the daytime sunshine and sea. The space True North are oceanfront condominiums, with ocean views and harbor views. Interior is newly decorated and is fresh and clean, includes everything you need to prepare your own meals, and have a comfortable stay, and have a sense of a home away from home for your entire stay. This condo has a spacious master suite with ocean view from the bed and room as well as a personal balcony. The couch pulls out as a sleeper sofa to sleep 2! Guest access The parking lot is located underneath the building and is free to guests. Spaces are undesignated so you can park in any spot desired. Each unit has one space however there are serval spaces that are deep enough to park two standard vehicles front to back. Larger vehicles can be a tighter fit so we have provided a parking diagram on listing pics complete with dimensions including height. There is also a public beach parking lot one building over on Sandpiper Ln. for $25/day from 9am to 8pm on a first come basis. Over night parking is allowed in this lot Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs that weigh 50 lbs or less are permissible for a non refundable fee of $100. Fee is generally collected at the time of booking but can be requested and collected later if needed.
