Scott Fitzgerald, but this charming Tudor will make you feel like Gatsby himself as you savor the good things in life. Enjoy the expansive gardens, tennis court, pool, or patio. Inside the home you'll find sun-soaked rooms, newly remodeled bathrooms, a spacious living room with smartTV, a charming kitchen with original mid-century modern cabinets, and two studies. The space POOL IS OPEN AS OF MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND AND WILL BE CLOSING AFTER LABOR DAY WEEKEND. Please inquire if you want to ensure the pool is open during your stay! What you'll find inside the home: MAIN LEVEL: Enter into the large foyer with the dining room to the right and the living room to the left. The dining room connects to the kitchen, and off of the kitchen is a study with a trundle daybed that can sleep up to 2 people. The study leads to the veranda, complete with a dining table, cafe table, and a gas grill. Through the living room, you'll find an additional study with a Full sized daybed with a twin sized trundle underneath. Both studies have desks as well. There is a main level half bath in the foyer. **PLEASE NOTE THAT BOTH DAY BED ROOMS DO NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL DOOR THAT CAN BE SHUT** UPSTAIRS: At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom with a brand new, memory foam bed. The master bath was newly remodeled with a stand-up, walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 features one queen bed Bedroom #3 features two queen beds An additional upstairs bathroom has another stand-up shower with stunning cobalt blue tile work. The upstairs landing features a desk in case anyone needs to separate from the group to get some work done. OUTSIDE: The veranda features a dining table, cafe table, and gas grill. Walk down the steps and follow the stone pathway through the gardens to reach the pool (open May-September). Past the pool, you'll find the newly re-finished tennis courts. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property! Other things to note Winton Place was featured on the Historic Garden Week Virginia Tour in 2022. The fireplace is non-functioning. **We welcome all guests, including those with service animals, in full compliance with the ADA and Virginia Fair Housing Law. Service animals are always allowed and never charged a fee. We may ask only the two standard ADA questions: Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? Emotional support animals (ESAs) are welcome where permitted — please notify us before arrival. Guests are responsible for keeping animals housebroken, under control, and free of damage or excessive mess. Reservation extensions or decisions are based solely on availability and scheduling, never on a guest’s disability or animal.
