Beautiful cabin located steps from the Big Thompson River. Walk to downtown, restaurants, aerial tramway and amusement park area. Enjoy the hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ as you listen to the river go by. Two of the lower level bedrooms and the lower level family room have doors that open to the river. The space The well stocked kitchen and a family room are on the upper level. The dining room table offers a beautiful view of the river and the mountains in the distance. The gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience to the gathering area. There are books, puzzles and games to enjoy during your stay. Three of the bedrooms contain comfortable king beds. The fourth bedroom contains a bunk bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV. There are 3 bedrooms on the lower level. The master on the lower level has a 2 person jacuzzi tub and a shower. There is also a pull out sleeper sofa in the lower level family room. The cabin is in a small HOA. It is close to a lot of amenities, but also close to other cabins and businesses. Parking is limited, only space for 4 cars. Sorry no trailers or Rv's This home does NOT have air conditioning This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park. Other things to note Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 24 through October 20, 2024. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations. The cabin is in a small HOA.
