We propose to you with the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming studio entirely renovated in 2022, with 30 meters of the large beach of Saint-Cast, of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate comfortably 2 travellers. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a beautiful living room, a kitchen, a bathroom. You can enjoy a shared garden of about 1,000 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation with double exposure South and West is composed as follows: - A 30 m² living room open to the garden with TV, queen-size bed (160×200) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - An enclosed garden, shared with another flat in the villa (having access to another part of the garden), with furniture to enjoy the nice days. For even more comfort, the owners provide the following facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, high chair and baby cot. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels included. - Cleaning at the end of the stay consists of preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
