It has a fully supplied kitchen and 1 bathroom. This 3-bedroom home has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 off-street parking spaces. If you are bringing bikes or other gear, there is a secured storage shed in the backyard. The house has high-speed wifi, a smart tv with Netflix, local broadcast tv, Samsung TV Plus, AirPlay, and Chromecast. You have access to the whole house including: 3-bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, deck with seating, BBQ, balcony, and secured storage shed. The house has 2 off-street parking spaces. Marquette does not allow on-street parking 1AM - 6AM November 1 - April 1st. The door has an access code. I offer an easy self-checkin, so you can show up at anytime and have a private experience. However, I'm a Marquette native and am happy to provide local advice and help during your stay. If you're here to hike, bike, visit Pictured Rocks, or otherwise enjoy the outdoors; I can provide plenty of tips. Great downtown location. Easy walk to the restaurants, brewpubs, and shops. Also close to the lakeshore, lower harbor, and beach. The mountain bike trails are an easy 2-mile pedal away. Hiking trails are just 5-10 minute drive outside of town. SPECIAL NEEDS: The only bathroom is on the 2nd floor, so the house is not ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs. We provide a pack-n-play for infants; but the house is not a good choice for highly mobile toddlers. Please send an inquiry if you have other special needs. WEEKENDS: We usually don't allow checkin or out on Saturdays. If the calendar shows availability for Friday but not Saturday, the weekend is likely available.. enter your checkin and checkout dates in the calendar. WINTER GUESTS: Marquette gets a lot of snow. We will typically shovel the snow in the morning. However, we are not able to shovel multiple times per day. You should be comfortable with moderate snow accumulation. We recommend warm, slip-resistant boots and an all-wheel drive vehicle when visiting the UP in the winter. WINTER PARKING BAN: The house has 2 off-street parking spaces. The city of Marquette has a night-time (1am - 6am) on-street parking ban in effect November 1 - April 1. If you are here to enjoy the trails; this home is a great place to land. The house has a secure shed for easily storing your bikes. The city bike path is just 1-block away and from there it is a 2-mile pedal to the mountain bike trail heads. After your bike or hike, you have an easy walk to everything downtown.
