LIVING ROOM: sleeper sofa, accent chairs, coffee table, smart TV equipped with top streaming channels, card games DINING ROOM: formal dining space for up to 6 guests KITCHEN: stove, fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric tea kettle, coffee maker (traditional drip), Keurig BEDROOM 1: king bed, nightstand with bedside lamp, full-length mirror, desk with extra computer monitor BEDROOM 2: queen bunk bed, smart TV with Wii game console and a plethora of games to choose from BATHROOM: Single vanity, toilet, shower/tub combo, toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion) LAUNDRY: guests have access to an in-unit washer and dryer during their stay NO pets, violations subject to fines. Guest access Upon booking, you'll receive an electronic access code with check-in instructions for the front lobby door. Other things to note A few important things to note *We are a 100% Non-Smoking/Vaping and Pet Free property. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere on our property at all, inside or out. *Out of consideration to our guests with pet allergies, we do not accept pets of any kind. We are sorry for any inconvenience. *If you prefer lodging without the risk of hearing your neighbors from time to time, then our property may not be the best fit for you. Also, Staunton’s quaint charm includes the occasional sounds of the train, which comes through the historic station located downtown. Please be aware that you may hear this during your stay. House Rules *There is strict NO SMOKING and No Pets policy both in and outside the property. *Please respect the space and the neighborhood and adhere to quiet hours between 10pm and 9am.
