Spacious apartment with 3 separate bedrooms and balcony The space The approx. 90 m², tastefully furnished 4-star apartment is located in the middle of nature on the outskirts of the village. It is ideally suited for up to 7 people. There are 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and the third bedroom has two single beds and a crib. The cozy living room with couch and TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, egg cooker, toaster, blender, dishwasher and dining table offers enough space for everyone. The bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine completes the overall picture. Bed linens, towels and bath towels are provided. On the balcony facing east you will be greeted by the morning sun. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. Pure nature in the beautiful Ilz Valley (river landscape of the year 2002/2003) Enjoy the beautiful nature in the Ilz Valley. Hiking on well-developed hiking trails, Nordic walking, walks, fishing on the Ilz, cycling or swimming in the Dreiburgensee or Eging am See - all this awaits you on your vacation. How about a shopping spree? Drive to Passau, which is only about 20 km away or to the famous Garhammer fashion house (about 18 km). The Bavarian Forest Museum Village is an open-air museum. Visit the old farmhouses. Our house is located on the outskirts in beautiful nature. End the day on our terrace with a fire basket and barbecue area. Try our homemade liqueurs or take a small pottery class with the landlady.
