"The Quarters" Foxground", Berry views farm

The Quarters is cottage style accommodation in a fantastic tranquil location. Wonderful views There are two garden areas, a bar be que and a covered patio area for outdoor entertaining. Foxground is close to the beach and all the local wineries .All areas of The Quarters are fitted with reverse cycle air conditioning .This let is a working farm with many animals. DO NOT BOOK FOR CHILDREN or PETS. This Airbnb is for a maximum of 2 people. Situated on working horse training facility. The space "'The Quarters"' is a build next to our stable complex. It has open plan living ,dining and kitchen area, a snug area .The bedroom has reverse cycle air con . The main living dining area is also fitted with a reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. There are 2 garden areas with barbeque included. A covered barbeque area is available in the garden. Great views down the valley . The let is only for ADULTS ONLY and as this is a working farm no outside pets are allowed We provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing liquid and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar. Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper. We live on the property and will be available to answer questions during stay. We are situated with easy access to all areas of the coast and hinterland. Many short day trips are in easy reach of Foxground. There are train stations at Berry and Gerringong with taxis. We have parking available right next to "The Quarters" Check in and out times are negotiable depending on occupancy. Contact owners for early check in or late check out. We welcome guests from all walks of life. Trade people are welcome. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. This is a horse property so all fencing is electric. DONT TOUCH !!!!!!. Many of the fields have farm animals in them ( horses,cows,sheep,chickens and alpacas) so just check if it is OK to enter. We have lovely rainforest that is accessible by foot .No pets Price is for 2 guests . No extra guests allowed Other things to note This let is not available for children .Trade people welcome.
