The home is just a short walk to the Burke Gillman trail, a 27-mile multi-use recreational trail. Minutes to downtown Woodinville, where you'll find shops, restaurants and plenty of wineries to explore. Not to mention the Twisted Cuban, the Cut Shop, Champagne Ave Wine Bar and The Cookhouse are in your backyard! There is so much to do in and around Woodinville. From exceptional dining, wineries, skydiving, art studios, farmers market, lavendar farm, hot air balloon rides, shopping, explore downtown Seattle and the iconic space needle and Pikes Place Market (25 minute drive). Built in 1913, you get that vintage feel with modern touches throughout. The home has been tastefully updated to retain that farmhouse feel. There are two bedrooms (queen beds) on the main level along with a full bathroom, kitchen and living room and desk in the living room. The primary suite is downstairs with a desk and full sized laundry room along with a utility sink and mirror to brush your teeth at night. The home is stocked with coffee, full kitchen, BBQ, TV, high speed Internet, Air Conditioning (a must in the summer!) Entertain outside on the oversized deck, enjoy the fire pit area, relax in the sun on the sun deck and bring your dog, he will love going for a walk on the Burke Gillman trail. Guest access You get the whole house. There is a large deck great for entertaining and pets are encouraged. Parking is limited to two cars, three is possible. Do not park in grass area or in front of the garage next door. See photos for example of available parking. Electronic door code is provided for easy access. Other things to note House is located on a busy 25mph road, some road noise present from within home, noise machines in rooms to dampen the road noise. Parking is limited to 2 cars, potentially 3 but one will be blocked in (see photos for example of parking). The home is 1,100sf with two bedrooms upstairs and one primary suite downstairs. There are two dedicated work spaces, one in the living and one in the the downstairs bedroom.
