There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. Please note, the host lives on site in the separate basement unit as it is legally required in the City and County of Denver for an AirBnb property to be the primary residence of the homeowner. The host does not share any living space with guests and provides complete privacy during your stay. I live on the premises in a separate part of the house and do not directly share space with guests. I do not enter the guest space when it is occupied and provide complete privacy during their stay. Ruby Hill features some of the best Asian food in Colorado. There are also many great taco stands nearby if you prefer Mexican. There is a great park just a few blocks to north that's walking distance that features a beautiful pond, a large grassy field, and tennis/pickle-ball courts. Ruby Hill park is just a short distance to the south where concerts and other events are sometimes held. Otherwise, it's just a short drive to the south Broadway/Baker area with lots of fresh and exciting dining options and just 12 minutes to downtown Denver. A car or other vehicle is required as the area is mostly residential and has a few parks nearby. Any visit to the city or other excursion will require a vehicle - either a rental car or rideshare such as Lyft/Uber. The driveway is huge and is large enough to accommodate up to 3 vehicles. Please ensure you do not block access to the garage as that will be used by the homeowner. ☆☆ Please Note☆☆ Shared Residence: The homeowner lives on site in a separate basement unit as this is legally required per the AirBnb rules in the City and County of Denver. Families with Children: While the home is usable for families with children, no specific changes or additions have been made to accommodate children. Children must be attended by an adult (18+) at all times and may not be left alone in the home at any time. Parking: Enjoy full use of the huge off street parking area in front of the house! There is room for at least 3 full size vehicles in the space provided. Please note the homeowner will be using the 2-car garage. Please plan to park on the left side, in front of the kitchen patio doors and main entrance. Please do not park in front of the garage on the right-hand side. Check-in: Several days prior to check-in we will send you an automated message with check-in instructions. Once confirmed, you'll also have access to the house manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. ☆☆Dog Rules☆☆ Dogs incur an additional charge of $100 each. Each dog MUST be added to the guest list (adults, children, PETs) and will incur a flat $100 fee for each dog. Simply messaging the host about bringing a dog does not exempt guests from this pet fee. Dogs are approved on a case by case basis up to a maximum of 3 dogs please and the owner reserves the right not to accept pets based on required criteria. Sorry, no puppies or cats or any other pets besides dogs allowed at this time. We kindly ask that owners either keep their pets off the furniture or use the provided couch and bed coverings to help keep the furniture and beds clean and protect from any damage. The normal limit for pets is less than 60 pounds, no history of destructive behavior, aggression, biting, or excessive barking. If you would like to bring more than one well-behaved dog on your stay, please message me prior to booking to discuss options, I will do my best to work with you! Please note this property does NOT have a fenced-in yard. You are free to use the grassy area along the east side of the property or take a quick walk to nearby Huston Lake park just a few blocks to the north. Please clean up after your dog - there will be an additional $200 fee for any destruction of property or animal waste left behind after your stay. Please do not leave your dog alone in the house unless they are in a crate you bring and properly crate-trained.
