The villa is arranged over two levels, creating plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. There are four comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering flexible accommodation for families and groups. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, helping to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. The fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed for easy holiday living and is complemented by a separate utility area with washing facilities. Adjacent to the kitchen, the spacious dining area enjoys floor-to-ceiling patio doors that open onto a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding coastline. From here, guests can enjoy beautiful sea views and the wonderful sense of space the villa offers. The balcony extends onto a larger terrace, complete with a built-in BBQ and outdoor preparation area, creating the perfect setting for relaxed al fresco dining while enjoying Lanzarote’s beautiful sunsets. Downstairs, the villa opens into a large open-plan living space featuring comfortable sofas, a TV area, and additional dining space. A dedicated games area includes both a pool table and foosball table, providing entertainment for guests of all ages. Large patio doors lead directly onto the pool terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow throughout the villa. Outside, Villa Azure offers a generous terrace designed for making the most of Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine. The private heated swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and colourful established gardens, while the hot tub provides an additional space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island. With its spacious layout, beautiful sea views, excellent entertainment facilities, and fantastic outdoor spaces, Villa Azure provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday with family and friends. Guest access Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay. Other things to note We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive. A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request. Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred. Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details. If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company. A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
