Here is the newly equipped and renovated apartment with a large wellness area. The 2-room apartment is divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a living-dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen. A covered parking space is available for your car. The large south balcony offers you a view of the romantic Gsieser - Tal as well as the foothills of the Dolomites. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth box are also at your disposal. The space In the basement, there is a wellness area with sauna, steam bath, relaxation room and fresh air area. Unfortunately, the small cold plunge pool is out of service for technical reasons. Alternatively, a cold waterfall and experience shower is available to you. Sauna towels are available on-site and are included in the rental price. For your children, the extra playroom with ball pool, foosball and board game is a great pleasure. In the adjacent garden, you can relax while sunbathing. You can take your dogs with you. To ensure that future guests also feel comfortable, we charge an extra cleaning fee of €40 for this. Please bring a sleeping pillow for your loved ones. The Wi-Fi key, as well as other useful information, can be found in the red folder in the apartment. You have the opportunity to write to us at any time if you have any questions. We respond as quickly as possible. In winter, a ski room is available in the basement, which can be reached directly from the parking lot. There you have the opportunity to leave your skis and ski boots heated. For your stay, you will receive the Gsieser Tal Guest Card. With this card you can use the public transport for free. In winter, you can get to all ski resorts in the region incl. Three Zinnen and Kronplatz. This card is part of the tourist tax charged by the municipality of Gsies. Since it is not possible to collect this fee via AirBnB, we kindly ask you to deposit €3.00 per adult person/day before departure. You can also use our P.Pal account for payment. For long-term stays, there is an additional cleaning of the apartment after 14 days at the latest. This is charged at €70. Guest access You drive on the back of the house directly to the courtyard. There you will find your covered parking space with the name "KORIANDER." The house key is in a key box. You will receive more information in good time before your arrival. Other things to note In the area you will find very good restaurants. The Pizzeria Karla in St. Martin is highly recommended and only 800 meters away.
