Neighbors are diligent in reporting such as well so please be respectful to the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay :) -Primary Guest MUST BE PRESENT at Check-In -No Parties Allowed -No Smoking on the property or inside -No undisclosed animals or guests -Check out by 10AM; late checkout will result in a $25 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 10AM -No mailing packages to the house without prior written consent -Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM -Florida is a tropical climate - please do not leave doors/windows open to prevent unwanted pests from entry -Thermostat must be set bet 69F and 78F to prevent damage to the HVAC system. -No Open Flames/Candles/Matches/Fireworks -This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There are additional cleaning charges if stains are found and removable. Non-removable stains will result in replacement fee of the damaged item. -No minors or pets should be left at the home or using the pool without adult supervision -Use and access of the pool are at your own risk and rules must be followed.
