This seven bed, two level, five bedroom + two den Bungalow is in the heart of the county: one minute to Bloomfield, five to Picton, eight to Sandbanks, ten to Wellington, 15 to wine country. The common areas are large and inviting to socialize with enough space in the house to get some privacy away from the group. The house was two separate suites at one point but the house is now connected, boasting 2 living areas, 3 sleeping rooms each on 2 separate floors and 2 kitchens. Great for multiple families to get some space or a floor for the early birds and one for the night owls. The back deck overlooks an acre of yard surrounded by farmland. There is a big fire pit for s'mores, a great BBQ's to roast up a gourmet feast, and space abound to enjoy a beer in the sun while you survey your vacation paradise. We have over an acre of pure county meadow, volleyball, bocce, badminton, Yardzee (Yahzee with big cedar dice) Sunshine, nature, fresh air. Other things to note We have a security camera facing the road and driveway, as well as one inside the garage (which does not have outdoor sight) We are on well water and Prince Edward county was formed on limestone plateau. Please be considerate of summer water use in as the well could run dry. We have provided two water cooler towers to drink from however the tap water is perfectly safe to drink (we have a great UV filter system as well as a treatment filter system) and cook with.
