The space This property is a wonderful vacation home with 196ft WATERFRONT featuring 4 bedrooms 2 and 1/2 bathrooms on the shores of beautiful Lake Sinclair. Incredible views from the a private and beautifully appointed primary suite retreat with king size bed, jacuzzi tub and private balcony. 2 cozy and well decorated bedrooms with queen size beds.  Plus an additional bedroom suite with a half bathroom, Queen-size bed and 2 twin beds. We also offer (1) Plush queen size air mattress for additional sleeping. An additional full bathroom serves these rooms. If you drive an ELECTRIC CAR this is the house for you! We have a FAST CHARGING STATION Level 2 at your disposal attached to the covered car port. Bring the family / friends to newly designer FURNISHED & RENOVATED get away vacation retreat rental, well stocked home away from home! Original art pieces ! Open floor concept with high-end appliances 70"tv with Roku and surround sound system for the perfect movie night. Get the beautiful FIRE PIT started up for an evening of smores & stories just steps away from the water. Enjoy the beautiful MAX DOCK and BOAT HOUSE equipped with a seating area, 55" tv with Roku and RESORT LOUNGE FURNITURE perfect for enjoying the sun in style with incredible scenic views! The boat house also features a refrigerator and sink ready for the Happy Hour drinks or any time refreshments. Boat lift is not available to guests. Jet ski lift is no available to guests. Jet ski launcher is available to guests. Bring your own boat/jet ski / kayak or rent one from the nearby marina and take advantage of our Dock throughout your stay.  We also have a jet ski lift for convenience. If you prefer lakeside sunbathing or reeling in a trophy fish, this lovely home lets you easily experience both without ever leaving the property! Enjoy kayaking, jet skiing, boating, fishing, or swimming in the 8' waters surrounding the dock- all just steps from your doors. We do not provide boat, Jet ski or Kayak. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house, property, covered park. Electric car charging station, decks, fire pit, dock area, boat house and jet ski launcher. Boat and jet ski are not available for guests. Boat and jet ski lifts are not available to guests. Other things to note PARKING: Level 2 EV CHARGING STATION please bring your own cords and adapters. Covered car port for 2 vehicle. Additional uncovered parking up to 10 vehicles. 1 EV vehicle no extra charge per stay.$ 50.00 charging fee for each additional electric vehicle
