Enjoy a scenic 15-minute stroll to the vibrant Old Town Square or explore the bustling CSU campus that is just two blocks away. Then head home for a dip in the pool and a revitalizing sauna session before sinking into bed. You will love this Downtown location! This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bathroom 1: ¾ Bath with Walk-in Shower | Sleeps 2 OUTDOOR LIVING: Shared community BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area. There is also an indoor community pool, sauna, workout room with free weights, Tour de France exercise bike, as well as a game room with both a pool table and a ping pong table! There are even two complimentary bikes so that you can explore Fort Collins like a local. Whew! ***NOTE ABOUT COMMUNITY AREAS: The community areas are open from 8 AM - 10 PM. Outside of these hours, they are not available. INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV with complimentary Netflix, bar top with seating for 2, reading chair KITCHEN: Kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, mini refrigerator, hot plate, bar top with seating for 2, picnic cooler and ice packs, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener BATHROOMS: There is a ¾ bathroom with a walk-in shower. We include a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay. PARKING: One covered parking space. Street parking is highly regulated in this area.
